You've googled "what do I do in a disaster" at 11pm from your bed. You've added a first aid kit to your cart and never checked it out. You've said "I really should learn that" approximately forty-seven times.
Babe. This is your sign.
She'll Be Right is a two-day wilderness survival camp for women who are done waiting to feel prepared. We're not here to scare you into stockpiling or bore you into submission with a PowerPoint. We're here to get your hands dirty, your confidence dialled, and send you home with skills that actually stick.
Think survival skills… minus the misery, with a bit of "she'll be right" swagger. Female-led, hands-on, and built around fun — a little grit, lots of laughter, and yes, there will be bubbles.
Limited spots. Come get quietly dangerous.
Register Your Interest"On 13 February 2023, Cyclone Gabrielle tore through the North Island. I was out that night with my volunteer fire brigade. We lost two firefighters.
It changed me.
I threw myself into learning emergency preparedness. First aid. Fire. Navigation. Foraging. Hunting. Survival psychology. The practical skills that help you stay calm when life goes sideways.
Because here's the reality: disasters are happening more and more in New Zealand. Yet most women have never been taught what to do when they do.
So I built the school I wished existed.
Practical skills. Quiet confidence. No ego. No mansplaining."

What You'll Actually Learn
The Instructors
Filmmaker by trade, volunteer firefighter by choice, and founder of She'll Be Right. Zoë brings in a rotating line-up of fellow instructors for every camp — specialists in first aid, navigation, and bush skills — so no two intakes look quite the same, but every workshop is built and led by people who've actually done what they're teaching. None of us claim to know everything — we're still learning too.
Still thinking about it? Your future, more capable self is already rolling her eyes.
